Opportunities for development and training Description * Oversees grain receipt, standardization, storage, preservation, and dispatch processes; * Supports the supervisor in organizing and assisting the team during harvest; * Assists the Operational Supervisor in coordinating grain receipt processes (grading and weighing) to direct grain flow to appropriate storage locations; * Coordinates team activities and execution of grain storage processes, including silo monitoring. **C.
