Integration Support and Environment Monitoring An Information Technology Services Company seeks a TOTVS Infrastructure Systems Analyst in São Paulo (Ipiranga). **Responsibilities:** Provide TOTVS systems support and maintenance, including Protheus, RM, or similar systems. Assist users by analyzing and resolving system-related incidents and requests. Perform routine configuration and maintenance within TOTVS systems. Support system integrations, monitoring interface operations. Provide basic infrastructure support, including network, workstations, servers, and access management. Monitor backup routines and environment monitoring activities. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst, TOTVS Systems Specialist, or Systems Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
