To learn more, visit: https://sistemab.org/br/ **Deliverables:** * Provide user and microcomputer support (email configuration, hardware and software maintenance) * Maintain IT and automation infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and backup services; * Maintain and enhance Microsoft and Linux environments, including virtualized servers and related services; * Support the implementation of IT and automation infrastructure solutions; * Monitor infrastructure availability and performance, and proactively implement measures to ensure high availability; * Collaborate with the information security team to implement and monitor security controls across the entire infrastructure; * Collaborate with development and operations teams to facilitate continuous application deployment and integration into production environments; * Provide specialized technical support to resolve complex infrastructure- and industrial automation-related issues;
