




**About the position:** We are looking for a curious, analytical person with a willingness to learn to join our **SoluCX Technical Support team**. Here, the focus is **on providing technical support for our SaaS software**, serving **B2B clients** and ensuring they fully leverage the platform's potential with excellence. Important: this position **is not focused on infrastructure, hardware, or networks**. **Responsibilities:** * Support customers throughout their entire SoluCX platform usage journey; * Configure and adjust the platform according to each client's needs; * Handle and upload data files (CSV/XLS); * Monitor reports and results from satisfaction surveys; * Contribute to improvements and automations with the team; * Participate in internal product and process training sessions. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a higher education degree (preferably in technology, data, or exact sciences); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Basic knowledge of Python (a plus); * Interest in software support and B2B customer service; * Must reside in São José dos Campos/SP, Vale do Paraíba, or São Paulo (within a 100 km radius). **Preferred qualifications:** * Familiarity with artificial intelligence (prompt engineering); * Previous experience in technical support or customer service. **Contract type:** PJ
