





Description: * Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and advanced desktop environment troubleshooting. * Practical experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint at basic/intermediate level). * Solid understanding of identity management in Entra ID / Azure AD (user and group creation, permissions). * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune (compliance, simple policies, inventory, device support). * Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, corporate Wi\-Fi. * Experience with ITSM tools, preferably TOPdesk. Responsibilities and duties: * Provide Level 1 and part of Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, and Microsoft 365. * Handle requests via TOPdesk, ensuring proper logging, categorization, and SLA compliance. * Perform basic and intermediate administration tasks in Microsoft 365, including account creation, permission assignment, troubleshooting for Outlook/Teams/OneDrive, and SharePoint access management. * Manage corporate devices through Microsoft Intune (basic policies, compliance, app and profile troubleshooting). * Support and maintain the fleet of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals. * Conduct network diagnostics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, corporate Wi\-Fi) and resolve connectivity issues. * Participate in updating asset inventory and technical documentation. * Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on continuous improvements and process standardization. * Assist in projects related to endpoints, governance, Intune, automation, and Microsoft 365. 2512060202191907315
