Define and maintain technical standards, runbooks, and inventory Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst \# Position Description We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst to support, govern, and evolve Microsoft environments across multiple clients, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency. The professional will serve as the technical reference, acting proactively and strategically, technically leading complex initiatives, supporting the team, validating GMUDs, defining standards, improving processes, and ensuring documentation and environment inventory quality. Key Responsibilities * Serve as technical reference in Microsoft environments (on\-premises, cloud, and hybrid) * Support and evolve environments: * Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\) * Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) * Advanced administration of: * Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP * File Server, Print Server, and critical services * Plan, review, and approve GMUDs * Technically lead: * Critical incidents * Recurring problems (RCA) * High-impact changes * Define and maintain: * Technical standards * Runbooks * Inventory * Architecture diagrams * Conduct hardening, security, and best practices * Plan and supervise: * Patch application * Backups and restores * Support audits (ISO 27001, LGPD, compliance) * Provide technical support to N1/N2 teams * Act as the technical focal point with clients Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Windows Server / Infrastructure * Advanced expertise in: * Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 * Active Directory (structure, replication, troubleshooting) * GPO (design, troubleshooting, and best practices) * DNS, DHCP, NTP, Kerberos * Windows environment hardening and security * Patch management (WSUS / Azure Update Manager) * Microsoft 365 / Cloud * Advanced administration of: * Exchange Online * Entra ID (Azure AD) * Conditional Access and MFA * Identity and access governance * License and tenant management * Solid knowledge of: * Intune (desirable) * Microsoft 365 security (Defender, Secure Score) * Operations, Governance, and ITIL * Proven experience in multi\-client environments * Management of critical incidents and problems * Planning, execution, and approval of GMUDs * Strong ITIL experience (Incident, Problem, Change) * Creation and maintenance of robust technical documentation * Automation and Continuous Improvement * PowerShell (intermediate/advanced level) * Automation of operational tasks * Standardization and reduction of manual errors \# Preferred Qualifications * Experience with: * Azure (VMs, Backup, Monitor, Networking) * Intune / MDM * Enterprise backup tools (Veeam, Azure Backup) * Experience in audited environments * Microsoft certifications: * AZ\-104 * MS\-102 * Windows Server Hybrid Administrator * Experience in migrations and modernization projects \# Behavioral Competencies * Technical leadership and mentoring * Clear communication with teams and clients * Decision-making capability in critical scenarios * Organization and systemic vision * Consultative approach * Focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement \# Expected Deliverables * Stable, secure, and documented environments * Well-structured and auditable GMUDs * Updated inventory and runbooks * Reduction of recurring incidents * Technical evolution of the team
