Creating and maintaining packages, applications, collections, and task sequences; iii. Customizing and maintaining corporate Windows 10/11 images; iv. Advanced configuration of Discovery, Boundaries, Client Settings, and Distribution Points; v. Developing custom reports and queries via SQL Server for inventory and compliance. * Microsoft Intune Administration: i. Managing compliance and access policies; ii. Configuring Update Rings and Autopatch for update control; iii. Automated provisioning via Windows Autopilot; iv. BitLocker administration for data encryption and security; * Software License Administration: i. Microsoft 365 license administration; ii. Licensing for Adobe and Corel software suites; iii. IBM SPSS. * Security and Compliance: i. Applying vulnerability patches to workstations and servers (Windows and Linux); ii. Ensuring use of approved software and compliance with internal and external audits; * Automation and Scripting: i. Writing PowerShell and VBScript scripts to automate processes. * Other Relevant Knowledge: i. Windows Client and Server (installation, configuration, and maintenance); ii.
