We seek professionals committed to doing things differently, always striving for excellence in their roles and continuously improving their work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Hybrid and Multicloud Infrastructure Management:** Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers on GCP and Azure, ensuring integration with on-premises environments and resource virtualization; * **Network and Security Administration:** Manage Fortinet firewalls and SD\-WAN technology across heterogeneous networks to ensure stable and secure connectivity for transportation applications; * **Observability and Satellite Operations Support:** Operate monitoring tools to guarantee satellite system availability, handling high-complexity problem and incident management; * **Backup Governance and Data Security:** Administer backup routines, antivirus policies, and security patching to ensure business continuity and information integrity; * **N1 Support and Process Improvement:** Serve as technical escalation point for Level 1 (N1) support teams and document procedures to optimize ticket resolution and SLA compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. **Desirable Courses and Certifications:** * **Cloud Computing:** Microsoft Azure (AZ900\) or Google Cloud (Associate Cloud Engineer) certifications; * **Networks and Security:** Fortinet NSE 1 (or higher), SD\-WAN, and solid networking knowledge; * **Systems and Servers:** Windows and Linux server administration (LPI or RHCSA); * **Governance and Monitoring:** ITIL 4 Foundation and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix or Nagios); * **Security and Data:** Training on backup tools (Veeam/Commvault) and security fundamentals (Security\+). **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model; * Medical and dental assistance; * Breakfast; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * On-site restaurant; * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Transportation voucher.
