Description: WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, and ITIL certification/course * MBA in IT Management, Infrastructure, Information Security, and/or AZ-104 certification/course and project management course preferred * Solid knowledge of: Windows Server operating systems and their respective services (AD, DHCP, DNS, File Server, and related services), including administration, automation, and hardening; VMware virtualization expertise and resource management in hybrid environments; Administration and governance of Microsoft Azure environments, including: Identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID), Security and compliance policies (Defender for Cloud), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage Accounts), and integration with on-premises environments (VPN, ExpressRoute); Administration of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, focusing on: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, DLP policies, MFA, and Intune; Integration with Azure AD and Microsoft licensing management; * Desirable knowledge: Experience managing backup solutions, firewalls, switches, storage, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery; experience supporting SAP infrastructure environments; familiarity with Linux operating systems; basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle; asset and monitoring tools such as SCCM, ServiceNow, Zabbix, or PRTG; experience with IT audit and compliance processes.
