Collaborative environment with investment in professional development If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey full of opportunities, development, and strong cooperation—to propel you toward an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and maintain the WSO2 platform roadmap aligned with business needs. * Plan and execute platform deployments and updates. * Provide Level 3 (L3) support, ensuring high availability and performance. * Implement best practices for security, governance, and monitoring. * Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure efficient integrations. * Participate in strategic projects involving system and API integration. * Perform advanced troubleshooting and critical incident analysis. * Document processes, standards, and technical procedures. * Evaluate and propose continuous improvements to infrastructure and integration practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Solid experience with WSO2 (API Manager, ESB, Identity Server, Keycloak). * Advanced knowledge of integration infrastructure and service-oriented architecture. * Experience with Linux, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). * Skills in monitoring, observability, and performance tuning. * Experience with L3 support and resolution of complex issues. * Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, certificates). * Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation. Desirable: * Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, SOA Suite, or similar. * Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and FinOps practices. * Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * Certifications related to integration or architecture (WSO2, MuleSoft, TOGAF).
