Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, self-managed professional to provide network support and participate in network projects, with a focus on F5 (BIG-IP) solutions, ensuring high-level service delivery to clients. The professional will monitor and participate in support and project activities and perform assisted operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Handle client support and project demands (when assigned); Address incidents and resolve issues related to support and projects (when assigned); Escalate and track tickets with vendors related to support and projects (when assigned); Lead and execute technical activities associated with support and project delivery (when assigned); Prepare and present technical documentation for support and projects (when assigned) to clients and internal teams; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Knowledge:** Proven experience with F5 (BIG\-IP); Strong troubleshooting skills are essential; Solid experience supporting mission-critical network environments, load balancing, and information security; Knowledge of computer network topologies, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration, and network components (load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.); Protocols such as: HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS, OSPF, BGP, etc.; Customer service orientation; Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; **Desirable Knowledge:** Familiarity with security products from other vendors, e.g., A10, Palo Alto, Fortinet; **Mandatory Certification:** F5\-CA **Desirable Certifications:** F5 301A–BIG\-IP LTM Specialist \| 301B–BIG\-IP LTM Specialist \| 302–BIG\-IP DNS Specialist **Language:** Advanced English (required for occasionally opening vendor tickets and participating in calls); **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed (Computer Networks, Network Engineering, or related fields); **Additional Information** Soft Skills: – Organization / Time management – Strong communication and professional demeanor – Proactivity – Teamwork aptitude – Sense of priority – Ability to work independently – Adaptability and positive attitude Agility is a company that daily delivers innovative technology solutions to enhance and develop businesses.
