Leadership of infrastructure teams and projects Work within the Information Technology area, performing physical and logical network installation and maintenance processes; hardware and/or software maintenance; providing intermediate-level technical support; planning and implementing infrastructure projects; managing servers and networks; ensuring information security; managing assets and licenses; and leading work teams. The candidate must possess advanced technical knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in teams and lead projects, along with performing other related and inherent duties. **Work Regime:** Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite at the Pinhais office **Responsibilities:** Provide support for on-premises and cloud (Azure) Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Clusters, Hyper-V, and Configuration Manager/SCCM); Provide support for servers, storage, and blade systems; Develop projects and provide consulting for Microsoft products (Windows Server, Active Directory, Clusters, Hyper-V, and Configuration Manager/SCCM); Support the development of new projects, scenario specifications, and product presentations; Support the architecture team during the pre-sales process; Conduct demonstrations of Microsoft products; Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Microsoft 365 Defender; MS Infrastructure; Select, deploy, and maintain hardware and software; define access controls to resources; Define routine documentation; Monitor performance of installed technical resources; Execute and monitor projects; deliver projects; design projects (solution architecture); Conduct project feasibility studies; add value to customers through emerging technologies; Monitor project activities and provide customer support (onsite or remote) and internal support. **Field of Study:** Information Systems, Computer Science, Computational Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields, or relevant certifications. **Preferred Certifications:** MS Infrastructure: MCSE Windows Server 2012/2016 Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or MCSA Windows Server 2012/2016 **Specific Knowledge:** Computer networks, Azure Cloud, Check Point Firewall, Windows and Linux operating systems, Veeam Backup, SAN, and switches.
