Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to plan, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Server administration, virtualization, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). 2. Management of backup routines, disaster recovery (DR), security, and network connectivity. 3. Leadership of infrastructure projects and serving as a technical reference. We are looking for a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** to join our IT team. The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s information technology infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, integrity, and security. **Responsibilities:** * Administer physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and virtualization environments (VMware vCenter, ESXi, Hyper\-V). * Plan, implement, and manage new services (servers, containers, LAN/WAN networks, and cloud – Azure/AWS/Other). * Administer and monitor storage, networks, and critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability. * Manage backup routines and implement disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Implement and maintain network, security, and connectivity solutions. * Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting, proposing continuous improvements. * Create and maintain technical documentation (topologies, configurations, procedures, and performance indicators). * Provide Level 3 support, addressing complex issues and ensuring operational efficiency. * Support infrastructure security in collaboration with the Security Analyst, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. * Lead infrastructure projects, serve as a technical reference, and train team members. * Collaborate with other departments to align technology requirements and support innovation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux. * Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper\-V. * Cloud: Azure, AWS (and similar platforms). * Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls. * Security: enterprise antivirus, IDS/IPS, access policies. * Monitoring and Backup: Zabbix, Grafana, Veeam, etc. * Collaboration and project management tools: Microsoft 365, GIT, Teams. * Microsoft AZ\-104 certification. **Preferred Qualifications:** * LPIC1, Cisco, Azure, or CompTIA Security\+ certifications. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Windows Server, Linux., Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper\-V, Cloud: Azure, AWS (and similar platforms), Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls., Security: enterprise antivirus, IDS/IPS, access policies., Monitoring and Backup: Zabbix, Grafana, Veeam, etc., Collaboration and project management tools: Microsoft 365, GIT, Teams., Microsoft AZ\-104 certification. ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, others ### **Department:** Back Office
