Diagnose and resolve critical failures by performing root cause analysis (RCA). Administer VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper\-V virtualized environments. Manage Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, NPS, GPO, File/Print Server) and Linux. Automate routines and processes using PowerShell and other tools. Administer cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform). Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Copilot). Implement hybrid solutions and lead workload migrations to the cloud. Monitor resources, control costs, and ensure security in cloud environments. Collaborate with Information Security, Networking, and Systems teams. Participate in infrastructure and digital transformation projects. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, manuals, and reports. Propose improvements to processes, tools, and methodologies. Lead PoCs to evaluate new technologies. Handle service requests via Service Desk, ensuring SLA compliance. Support the Systems team in configuring and maintaining new applications. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and providing evidence.
