Provide agile technical support and monitor metrics **Job Description:** Responsible for the secure and smooth flow of all company-related information, ensuring the business’s technological infrastructure operates at maximum performance; Administer, install, and configure infrastructure according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices; Preventively maintain the integrity of equipment and software installed on devices; Provide technical support and assistance across diverse user requests, including software installation, updates, configuration, and user guidance to ensure proper operation of IT infrastructure; Respond promptly to problem analysis and resolution; Monitor and manage metrics for control and action-taking, analyzing intervention or adjustment needs based on business demands; Support project implementation. Operating systems: Windows/Windows Server and Linux; Active Directory; virtualization (Hyper\-V); backup software knowledge (Veeam); Knowledge of ticketing/monitoring software (GLPI and Zabbix); Advanced networking knowledge (managed switches, routers, DNS, firewalls, point-to-point networks), access points and corporate Wi-Fi. VLAN configuration, VoIP technology, VPN and MPLS links, CCTV monitoring. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; Advanced English proficiency for communication; Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, servers, and information security; Availability for on-site work in Morumbi/SP.
