Operating systems: Windows/Windows Server and Linux; Active Directory; virtualization (Hyper\-V); backup software knowledge (Veeam); Knowledge of ticketing/monitoring software (GLPI and Zabbix); Advanced networking knowledge (managed switches, routers, DNS, firewalls, point-to-point networks), access points and corporate Wi-Fi.
