We strive to foster an innovative, ethical, inclusive, safe workplace that respects individuals and their uniqueness, and that supports the continuous development of both behavioral and professional skills. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Administer and support the company’s IT infrastructure, with focus on **Microsoft Active Directory**, **Windows Server**, **Microsoft Azure**, **AWS**, and **Microsoft 365**. * Implement and configure Windows Server systems. * Perform **maintenance and monitoring** of servers to ensure service stability and availability. * Manage **switches and Fortinet firewalls**, ensuring network security and availability. * Support **integration between on-premises and cloud environments**, ensuring performance and reliability. * Collaborate on **infrastructure projects**, as well as on initiatives related to **information security focused on infrastructure and business continuity**. * Manage **VMware vSphere** environment **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Required Experience:** * Practical experience with **Windows Server** (installation, configuration, administration). * Practical experience with **VMware vSphere / Horizon virtualization** (installation, configuration, administration). * Experience with **Active Directory** (user/group management, GPOs, permissions). * Experience in **Microsoft 365 environments** (support and administration). * Experience with **Azure and AWS**. * Practical experience with **networking, switches, and Fortinet firewalls**. * Knowledge of **Zabbix and Grafana monitoring tools**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **credential management and multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA – Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)**. * Knowledge of **VMware** or other virtualization solutions. * Certifications from **Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or Fortinet (NSE)**. **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** * Bradesco Health Insurance: with 10% co-payment * Bradesco Dental Insurance: fully subsidized for employee and dependents * Flexible Meal Allowance: R$ 1\.050,00 monthly * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Life Insurance * Commuter Benefit (Transportation Voucher or Shuttle Service) * Total Pass * Partnerships with language schools * Education Incentive Our world runs on results.
