This professional will play a critical role in incident support, corporate network operations, and interaction with vendors and NOCs, also serving as **advanced-level network support (Level 2 / Level 3)** when required. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Administer, configure, and perform troubleshooting on **Fortinet, HP, and Dell switches** * Manage and operate **Fortinet firewalls**, including security policies, VPNs, and traffic control * Monitor infrastructure using **Zabbix and Grafana**, analyzing metrics, alerts, and service availability * Ensure **high availability of internet and WAN links**, responding rapidly to incidents to maintain operational links * Coordinate and follow up on technical tickets with **NOCs and telecom providers**, performing failure analysis and escalations * Work with **network protocols**, such as **STP, OSPF, and BGP**, including route analysis, convergence, and loop prevention * Perform **advanced troubleshooting on switches and networks**, identifying bottlenecks, physical failures, and logical faults * Serve as **advanced-level (Level 2 / Level 3) network support**, assisting support teams when deeper technical analysis is required * Provide support for **Office 365** environments, including connectivity and authentication * Support **multi-factor authentication (MFA)** solutions, such as **Duo Security** and **Microsoft Authenticator** * Work on-site when necessary, with **availability to travel to the Data Center**, performing physical interventions, tests, and validations * Document procedures, network topologies, and incidents, contributing to continuous improvement of the environment **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Required Experience:** * Proven experience in **corporate network infrastructure** * Practical knowledge of **Fortinet, HP, and Dell switches** * Experience with **Fortinet firewalls** * Proficiency in concepts and operation of **STP, OSPF, and BGP** * Experience with **monitoring via Zabbix and Grafana** * Knowledge of **Office 365** * Experience with **MFA solutions** (Duo, Microsoft Authenticator, or similar) * Hands-on experience in **network troubleshooting within critical environments** **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical and investigative mindset * Ability to operate under pressure during critical incidents * Strong communication skills for interaction with NOCs, vendors, and internal teams * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Organization and discipline in technical documentation **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** * **Bradesco Health Insurance**: We understand how important physical and psychological well-being is, so we offer coverage for you and your legal dependents.
