Career development opportunities across multiple areas The Big Data Infrastructure team’s mission is to maintain and evolve the company’s data infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of platforms supporting ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption of large volumes of data—enabling reliable use of information to support strategic and operational business decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Data Infrastructure Specialist at N2 level with strong hands-on experience to ensure the stability and reliability of critical Big Data platforms. The candidate will be directly responsible for incident resolution, ensuring stability, performance, and availability of data environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Act as N2 in resolving data infrastructure incidents, including root cause analysis Experience in supporting and operating infrastructure (N2 or equivalent) Strong experience in production and mission-critical environments Maintain and operate Big Data platforms in critical environments Administer and operate Cloudera (CDP) environments Operate data workloads on AWS, with focus on EKS (Kubernetes) Monitor, diagnose, and optimize Apache Kafka clusters Support real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Flink Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts for failure identification and prevention Develop Python scripts for operational automation and incident response Perform integrations via HTTP/REST APIs Collaborate with N1 and N3 teams during incidents and production changes Contribute to continuous improvement of reliability and reduction of recurring incidents **Additional Information** Solid experience with Big Data infrastructure Practical experience with Cloudera (CDP) AWS experience, especially EKS/Kubernetes Advanced knowledge of Apache Kafka Production experience with Apache Flink Production experience with Spark jobs and Airflow Python experience (scripts, automation) Experience consuming HTTP/REST APIs Strong Linux, networking, and distributed systems knowledge For 180 years, we have navigated the financial markets of Brazil and the world.
