Job Summary: IT professional with experience in SAN storage and backup/restoration, responsible for installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting, as well as technical documentation development. Documentation development and project participation Description: * EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), completed or in progress. * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE * Verification through records in the Work and Social Security Booklet or through a declaration issued by a public or private institution where the candidate has previously worked in the specified specialty. * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Storage Area Network (SAN)-based storage solutions. * CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES/TRAININGS * ITIL V4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours. * Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher, as permitted under item 1 of this annex. * SNIA Certified Storage Professional (SCSP) Storage (SAN): * Installation and configuration of host adapters (SCSI, FC, ESCON, FICON) and switches. * Firmware updates for storage network components. * Management of LUNs and WWPNs, including associations and disassociations. * Definition and implementation of zoning policies. * Monitoring and optimization of storage system utilization. * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and technical problems. * Development of technical documentation and articles on best practices. * Coordination of support tickets with vendors for complex issues. * Participation in projects by providing technical input on resource sizing. * Technical prospecting and specification of new solutions. Backup/Restore: * Customization and sizing of backup infrastructure. * Installation, configuration, updating, and removal of backup hardware/software. * Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to backups. * Execution of periodic restore tests. * Development of technical articles on best practices. * Participation in projects and technical solution prospecting. 2512200202551759241
