Support technology expansion and modernization projects We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst specializing in CCTV to manage, maintain, and evolve corporate video surveillance systems and their integration with IT infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of CCTV systems, as well as supporting technology expansion and modernization projects. Responsibilities Administer and maintain IP-based CCTV infrastructure, including NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, PoE switches, and recording servers; Ensure availability, performance, and security of video surveillance networks and systems; Participate in implementation, expansion, and upgrade projects for corporate CCTV systems; Configure and monitor video management systems (VMS), access control systems, and integration with data networks; Diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to CCTV infrastructure and connectivity; Support audits and ensure compliance with information security policies and LGPD; Conduct capacity analysis and propose architectural and performance improvements; Coordinate vendors and service providers for projects and maintenance activities. Requirements Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Solid experience in corporate IP-based CCTV infrastructure; Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, PoE, routing, and switching); Knowledge of video protocols (ONVIF, RTSP) and video management systems (VMS) such as Milestone, Genetec, Digifort, or similar; Experience with recording servers, storage (NAS/SAN), and Windows Server operating systems; Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems; Proactive profile with systemic vision and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications Certifications from CCTV manufacturers (Axis, Hikvision, Bosch, Intelbras, Genetec, Milestone, etc.); Knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure monitoring; Experience with security system automation and integration; Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-based video storage.
