Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields is desirable; specialized courses in urban planning, sanitation, drainage, and pavement design are valued. * Experience in managing and analyzing infrastructure projects for real estate developments, with emphasis on third-party-developed projects. * Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, and AutoCAD. * Responsible for contracting, scheduling control, and critical analysis of all third-party deliverables (earthworks, paving, drainage, water supply networks, electrical networks), verifying compliance with company requirements, technical standards, and legal regulations for approval. * Propose modifications and improvements to projects to optimize the approval process and ensure alignment with company requirements. * Manage the analysis and approval of external projects related to vertical developments, such as network extensions or other non-incidental works (ONI). * Provide technical support to other company departments—particularly budgeting, planning, and construction— including occasional on-site supervision of execution. * Analyze guidelines issued by municipal governments and utility concessionaires, proposing improvements to meet company requirements for new developments. * Attend inspections conducted by external agencies (e.g., Graprohab), including occasional travel for in-person visits to municipal and state agencies, to collect and negotiate requirements for project development and approval follow-up. * Provide technical support during construction execution. 2512080202191733056
