As a Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst, you will be involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of software. You will work closely with the development team to create efficient and effective solutions for technical issues. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, with basic programming skills and a desire to learn and grow in the software development field. **Come be a placer!** **Responsibilities:** * Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for internal users, resolving incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, operating systems, and corporate applications. * Monitor, maintain, and optimize the company's network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices), ensuring service availability, stability, and security. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers and equipment, applying software updates, security patches, and performance best practices. * Manage physical and virtual environments, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux systems. * Support the implementation and management of data backup and recovery policies, ensuring the integrity and continuity of the organization's critical information. * Contribute to infrastructure and information security projects, participating in technological upgrades and system migration initiatives. * Document procedures, network topologies, and server configurations, maintaining updated technical records for audits and operational continuity. * Collaborate with other IT teams in diagnosing complex issues and continuously improving infrastructure services. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs. * Practical experience with firewalls, preferably Fortinet, Palo Alto, or SonicWall, in configuration and monitoring roles. * Knowledge of information security, including basic log analysis, use of SIEM tools, and incident response practices. * Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, involving installation, administration, and troubleshooting. * Experience in hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud), with understanding of connectivity and cloud resource management. * Familiarity with disaster backup and recovery tools, as well as high availability concepts. * Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE 1–3, CompTIA Network\+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals/Administrator will be differentials. * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper\-V). * Understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) applied to infrastructure. * Basic knowledge of containers (Docker) and software-defined networking (SDN) will be considered advantages. * Experience in compliance projects and security best practices (e.g., LGPD, ISO 27001\) is a plus. **Competencies:** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills in systems and networks.
