Here, you’ll have the chance to take on increasingly complex tasks, grow, and become an expert in the DevOps pipeline. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * **Maintaining and evolving infrastructure:** Provisioning and managing Linux environments, Containers, and Kubernetes, as well as middleware (HAProxy, Nginx, etc.) to support Ruby and Python applications. * **Implementing DevOps culture:** Supporting development teams in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and GitLab), ensuring automation and delivery quality. * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Developing automations for provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Shell Script, and Python. * **Observability:** Configuring and managing monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana), defining intelligent alerts to ensure availability and adherence to SLOs. * **Incident and Capacity Management:** Resolving incidents, performing performance/load testing, and preparing *Capacity Planning* reports and risk assessments. * **Security and Governance:** Maintaining secure environments through patch application, access management, and server hardening. * **Knowledge Management:** Documenting architectures, communication maps, and operational processes to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you’ll need:** * **Linux proficiency:** Practical experience administering and maintaining Linux systems (navigating the system, editing files, managing processes and permissions). * **Automation (IaC):** Knowledge of at least one configuration management tool (**Ansible**, Puppet or similar) and familiarity with **Terraform** for provisioning. * **Scripting:** Ability to write scripts for automating routine tasks (Shell Script or Python). * **Containers:** Operational experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** (deploying applications, checking logs, restarting pods). * **Delivery Pipeline:** Experience participating in CI/CD processes and automated deployments. * **Monitoring:** Familiarity with observability tools (**Zabbix**, Prometheus or Grafana) for incident analysis. * **Problem Solving:** An investigative mindset for analyzing incidents and identifying solutions. * **Teamwork:** Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with development teams and document your work. * **Availability:** Willingness to work during occasional maintenance windows. **Bonus qualifications (nice to have):** * Relevant certifications in Linux (LPI, Red Hat, SUSE or similar); * Proven experience with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies like oVirt, XCP **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **Medical Assistance;** **Dental Assistance;** Transportation Allowance or Free Parking; Free shuttle service from João Dias Terminal to Locaweb; Meal or Food Allowance; Home Office Allowance; **Childcare Allowance;** **Life Insurance;** Gympass; Vacations & Co (travel benefit); **Unlimited coffee machines;** On-site massage and occupational gymnastics; Relaxation Room with TV, billiards table, card games, table tennis, video games, and bean bags; Day Off; Annual PPR (Profit Participation Program); Quality of Life and Well-being Program; Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions; Complimentary access to Locaweb products. **Our Location:** **Itapaiúna Street, 2434 — Parque do Morumbi — São Paulo/SP —** 05707-001 **Important Note:** This and all open positions at LWSA are open to all individuals, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, and/or socioeconomic background.
