




We are seeking a **Level I Technology Analyst (Level 1 Technical Support)** responsible for activities related to software licensing, IT asset management, videoconferencing support, and Level 1 technical support—ensuring efficient operation of technological resources and user support. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Software Licensing and Management** * Analyze software license agreements and corporate systems. * Enter contract information into the CMDB database. * Manage acquired licenses and audit installed versus purchased software. * Perform remote software uninstallations. * Support contract management and demand tracking in spreadsheets. * Respond to tickets in the licensing queue. **Asset Management** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on laptops and desktops. * Configure assets for new associates and reformat returned equipment. * Manage disposal of discontinued assets (via ticket creation in SGD). * Manage responsibility agreements (deployment and auditing). * Create software installation documentation and update the knowledge base (Wiki). * Support procurement of materials and supplies required for operations. * Monitor printers and peripherals, performing maintenance as needed. * Handle equipment shipping and pickup for onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance. * Identify process improvements in asset management. **Videoconferencing Support** * Prepare and test equipment prior to critical meetings (microphones, cameras, projectors, codecs). * Assist users at the start of videoconferences, ensuring connectivity and screen sharing. * Address incidents during meetings (audio/video failures, connectivity issues). * Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic device checklists. * Log incidents and maintain up-to-date inventory records for room equipment. * Guide users and prepare quick-reference guides for videoconferencing systems. **Level 1 Technical Support and VIP Support** * Provide first-level (Level 1) support to associates, either on-site or remotely. * Deliver priority support to executives and directors (VIP), ensuring speed and discretion. * Install basic software and configure systems according to requirements. **Infrastructure Support** * Provide ad-hoc support to the networking team (Wi-Fi and local infrastructure checklists). * Support data center server-related tasks as required. * Address printing environment and print server-related requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows), software installation, and hardware maintenance. * Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google Meet). * Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure. * Strong communication skills and user support capability. * Experience in asset management and software licensing is desirable. * Experience in Level 1 technical support and videoconferencing support. * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT is desirable). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, or similar. * Technical English for reading manuals and documentation. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Wellhub * “Tranquil Mind” Program * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) ### **Being Together Always Is What Drives Us!!!** We are Algar, a people-first company serving people, part of the Algar Group, committed to best ESG practices.
