Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Receive and log technical support tickets; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software; * Support the installation and configuration of systems, equipment, and networks; * Identify and resolve technical issues; * Assist the IT team with administrative tasks and departmental projects. Requirements: * **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology**, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows); * Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and user support; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactive and analytical mindset.
