Job Summary: Responsible for first-level support to internal users, ensuring tool availability and supporting network and server infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Level 1 support for resolving everyday issues (Windows, Office) 2. Infrastructure support, including Windows servers and security 3. Participation in automation projects using PowerShell and Power Automate **Hybrid**epay BR, ITFull-time Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil **Description** ------------- Responsible for first-level (N1\) support to internal users, ensuring the availability of work tools and assisting with network and server infrastructure maintenance. Support the infrastructure and DevOps teams with routine tasks and new projects. * **User Support (N1\):** In-person and remote support for resolving everyday issues (Windows, Office, internal systems). * **Hardware and Laptops:** Preventive/corrective maintenance, configuration of new machines, component upgrades, and operating system installations. * **Asset Management:** Rigorous control of hardware inventory and software licenses. * **Networks and VPN:** Assist in configuring remote access (VPN) and supporting local network infrastructure. * **Infrastructure Support:** Support the team on Windows server requests and assist in configuring VPN with partners. * **Security:** Support the team in reviewing and fixing vulnerabilities, applying patches, and maintaining security tools. * **Innovation and Automation:** Participate in process automation projects using **PowerShell** and **Power Automate** to optimize repetitive tasks. **Requirements** -------------- * **Basic Technical Knowledge:** + Proficiency in the Windows operating system (installation and troubleshooting). + Basic hardware knowledge (assembly/disassembly of laptops/desktops). + Basic networking knowledge (IP, subnet masks, cabling). + Familiarity with servers and remote access. * **Behavioral Profile (What We Seek):** + **Dedication and Commitment (Essential):** Full focus on delivery and definitive problem resolution. + **Willingness to Learn:** Technical curiosity to absorb knowledge and seize growth opportunities. + **Communication:** Ability and patience to explain technical solutions simply to users. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior exposure to or interest in PowerShell scripting. * Enthusiasm for Low-Code technologies (Power Automate). * Basic knowledge of Linux or virtualization. **Benefits** -------------- Sul América Health Insurance (co-payment).
