Job Summary: Professional responsible for daily maintenance of the hardware and software fleet, providing continuous support to computer network users and contributing to IT infrastructure. Administration and monitoring of the technological environment Perform and contribute to daily hardware (servers, peripherals, networks, and telecommunications) maintenance activities, providing continuous support to computer network users. Maintain the software fleet operational in accordance with received instructions, always aligned with pre-established plans, goals, and work routines. This includes performing tests, verifying system requirements and functionalities, updating programs and versions, executing backup copies, and providing clarifications or additional support as needed. When applicable, request specific training to ensure proper system and equipment operation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to infrastructure process operations within the organization by performing IT infrastructure support activities and participating in and contributing to maintenance activities across the fleet (workstations, servers, peripherals, telephony, and network administration); * Provide user support and assistance; install, configure, and maintain equipment; resolve software and hardware issues.
