The candidate will be responsible for handling service requests and providing local infrastructure support, including networks, equipment, and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Incident handling and resolution (Level 1\); * System and server monitoring; * Support for infrastructure-related activities (networks, switches, routers, cabling); * Workstation and printer support; * Incident logging and tracking; * Proactive communication with end users and internal teams; * Technical escalation when required; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or completed technical or undergraduate program in IT * Basic knowledge of: * Windows * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Infrastructure fundamentals On-site \- São Sebastião do Oeste/MG Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.500,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
