Support for network, security, and corporate systems activities **Job Summary:** Provide support and operational assistance for the IT infrastructure, delivering technical support to end-users, performing equipment maintenance, installing and configuring software, documenting procedures, and supporting basic network, security, and corporate systems routines, always under the guidance of the senior team. **Responsibilities:** * Create, delete, and modify user access in Active Directory, Google Workspace, and other tools. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops and desktops. * Execute formatting, installation, and configuration of Windows 10 and 11. * Provide technical support to users, both on-site and remotely. * Install, configure, and support corporate software, printers, and peripherals. * Apply antivirus and other security solution updates and patches. * Support basic network activities (connectivity, logical cabling, testing, and simple configurations). * Assist with IP telephony systems support. * Log support requests, incidents, and service requests following internal IT processes. * Comply with technology and information security policies and best practices. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory. * Knowledge of computer and notebook maintenance. * Experience with formatting and configuring Windows 10 and 11. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (installation and user support). * Basic knowledge of computer networks. * Basic knowledge of IP telephony. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ease in user support. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Linux. * Fundamentals of Information Security / Cybersecurity. * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS). **Employment Type: CLT** Hybrid Work: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (on-site days to be scheduled by the department manager according to operational needs) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal/Ticket Flex allowance; * Transportation voucher (6% employee contribution); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Daycare allowance (for children up to 71 months old); * National Sesc membership (extendable to family members); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Flexible dress code;
