Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Offer support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365\. Monitor service desk tickets with focus on speed and quality. Assist with network activities (LAN, Wi\-Fi, cabling) and infrastructure routines. Guide users on best practices for using IT tools. **What we expect from you:** High school diploma (technical course in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields is desirable). Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows, and Microsoft 365 suite. Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi). Good communication skills, organization, and a constant willingness to learn! **It will be a plus if you have:** Technical certification or courses such as ITIL, HDI, Microsoft, or CompTIA A\+. Previous experience in technical support or Service Desk.
