Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional to perform hardware/software maintenance, technical support, and network, CCTV, and telephony administration. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment 2. Providing on-site and remote technical support 3. Administering and maintaining networks (LAN, Wi-Fi) We are looking for a professional to work in the Information Technology area. Main Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment; * Installing, configuring, and supporting operating systems and corporate software; * Administering and maintaining networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet); * Providing on-site and remote technical support to employees; * Managing users, access rights, and backup routines; * Supporting CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR); * Configuring and supporting telephony systems (PABX, VoIP, and extensions); Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in IT, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with hardware and software maintenance; * Knowledge of networking, CCTV, and telephony; * Basic understanding of information security; * Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in building infrastructure; * Knowledge of firewalls and network security; * Experience with servers and virtualization.
