Ø Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networks, hardware, and Office suite; Ø Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools; Ø Desired certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.). **Job Responsibilities:** Ø Handle technical support requests (on-site and remote), logging and tracking requests in the support system. Ø Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and corporate systems. Ø Guide users on the use of systems, applications, and technological tools. Ø Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other equipment. Ø Monitor and support network infrastructure, servers, and connectivity services. Ø Install, configure, and update software and equipment. Ø Create technical documentation and procedure manuals. Ø Assist in projects for implementing new technologies and improving IT processes. Ø Ensure information security in compliance with company policies.
