Creation and management of virtual machines (VMware/Proxmox) We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst for on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG. **Main Responsibilities** Administration and support for Windows and Linux servers; Active Directory, DNS, and access control management; Network and firewall configuration and maintenance; Creation and management of virtual machines (VMware/Proxmox); Execution and oversight of backup and recovery routines (Bacula/Veeam); Environment monitoring using Zabbix/Nagios; Technical support to users and assistance for cloud environments (Azure/AWS); Support ensuring availability, security, and performance of the IT environment. **Environment Technologies** VMware vSphere/ESXi, Proxmox VE, Windows Server, Linux, PFsense, MongoDB, SQL Server, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat. **Requirements** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; Prior experience with infrastructure, networking, and virtualization; Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring tools. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with production virtualized environments; Knowledge of information security and best practices; Experience with technical documentation and network troubleshooting; Familiarity with LGPD as applied to infrastructure. **Desired Profile** Organized and detail-oriented; Analytical and proactive mindset; Strong communication skills for internal support. **Information** On-site work - Belo Horizonte/MG Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Work Location** Rua Tenente Brito Melo, Barro Preto, 1215, Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais, 30180-074, Brazil Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2,000.00 - R$2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
