End-user technical support and backup/monitoring management We seek an **IT Infrastructure Analyst** to administer, maintain, and evolve the company’s technological environment, ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance of systems, networks, and services. **Requirements** * Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory * Knowledge of GPO, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networks (IPv4/IPv6) * Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint * Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik * Experience in helpdesk and end-user support **Preferred Qualifications** * Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware) * Knowledge of Azure / Entra ID * Monitoring tools **Responsibilities:** * Windows server administration (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Server) * Microsoft 365 environment management (Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) * Wired and Wi-Fi network administration (Ubiquiti) * Mikrotik configuration and management (firewall, NAT, VPN, rules) * End-user technical support (levels 1 and 2, occasionally level 3) * Backup, update, and monitoring management * Structured cabling, switches, routers, and rack organization * SharePoint intranet creation and maintenance * CCTV configuration * Environment and procedure documentation
