Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide first-level technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, perform installation and configuration tasks, manage user access, and monitor systems. Support for backup and information security routines **IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST** **LOCATION:** Glória, Vila Velha **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday – On-site: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; **Knowledge required in:** * Windows; * Networks (internet, Wi-Fi, cabling); * Hardware (computers, printers); **Preferred qualifications:** * Ability to quickly learn new systems; * Strong communication skills and customer service attitude; * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide first-level technical support to clinic staff; * Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure (network, internet, computers, printers, and systems); * Support installation, configuration, and updating of hardware and software; * Create and manage user access (email, internal systems, workstations); * Monitor the clinic’s network and systems; * Support backup routines, information security, and equipment organization; * Log and track technical support tickets; * Assist administrative and clinical teams with system usage (e.g., electronic health records); * Contribute to continuous improvement and organization of the IT department. **BENEFITS** Transportation Allowance; Meal Ticket R$ 20.00 per working day (CAJU); Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Birthday Leave; Exclusive discounts for employees on clinic services.
