Administering VPNs, firewalls, and IT asset control We are looking for a professional to work as a Mid-to-Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst in our company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructure, with technical autonomy and direct impact on the company’s daily operations. Responsibilities: * Administer and ensure operation of the IT infrastructure (network, laptops — approximately 80 units, cloud-based telephony, inventory, access, etc.). * Manage cloud environments (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Oracle, etc.). * Manage access, devices, and corporate tools for on-site and remote employees. * Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (related to infrastructure). * Administer VPNs, firewalls, and identity solutions as well as machine monitoring solutions. * Manage Microsoft 365 licenses. * Perform IT asset control, including equipment stock, inventory, movements, allocations, and returns. * Ensure updates and traceability of asset records, contracts, warranties, and company equipment. * Handle medium- and high-complexity incidents, with autonomy to make technical decisions. * Support information security practices, IT governance, and documentation. * Interact with vendors, partners, and internal departments.
