Job Summary: Actively administer cloud and on-premises servers, managing access, security, virtualization, and supporting technology projects. Key Highlights: 1. Active administration of cloud and on-premises servers 2. Information security management and backup routines 3. Participation in expansion projects and new technology initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Actively manage cloud and on-premises server environments; * Administer users, groups, and access permissions; * Support information security management, firewall policies (**Fortigate**), and execution of backup routines; * Administer and maintain virtualization solutions; * Provide technical support for ERP integration with external tools (E\-commerce, Sales Force, and BI); * Participate in expansion and new technology implementation projects; * Develop technical process documentation and create user guidance manuals. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related IT fields; * Solid experience administering **Windows Server** environments and **Linux** distributions (**CentOS**, **Debian**); * Knowledge of network protocols, VLANs, VPN configuration, and cybersecurity concepts; * Intermediate knowledge of **SQL** (ability to write queries for ERP support); * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (**Zabbix**).
