Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment Job Description We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide user support and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the company’s IT resources, as well as performing updates and configurations of electronic ticketing systems installed on the bus fleet. Main Responsibilities * Technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Daily support for Windows environment and corporate software; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, laptops, and printers; * Basic network administration support (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi); * Installation, configuration, and replacement of onboard electronic ticket validators in buses; * Updates, configuration, and testing of the Prodata electronic ticketing system; * On-site support for onboard equipment, when required; * Logging, tracking, and closing of service tickets; * Support in standardizing IT and electronic ticketing procedures; * Compliance with Information Security best practices; * Updating and configuring vehicle destination displays (route signs). Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in technical support (Level 1/Level 2); * Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server 2016/2022, Office 365, Outlook; * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); - Structured cabling knowledge - Hardware maintenance experience; * Availability for external and field work in the São José dos Campos (SJC) region. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with electronic ticketing systems (Prodata); * Knowledge of onboard equipment or vehicle automation; - Linux knowledge - Experience in passenger transportation companies; * Technical certifications in IT.
