Join our team!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** See how you can contribute in this position: * Analyze, control, monitor, and provide support for IT infrastructure (based on the ITIL framework); * Work with IT tools and best practices for hardware, software, telecommunications networks, databases, and other system update and maintenance processes; * Apply information security best practices, access management, and other controls related to the IT environment; * Perform backup/restore routines, data storage and control, as well as work with "on cloud" technologies and the MS365 (Microsoft) environment; * Address IT user requests with technical capability to evaluate options and analyze viable solutions; * Research and study new technologies and solutions in IT infrastructure; * Prepare, develop, and deliver training sessions for users regarding new requirements and/or projects, applying best practices for documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** What you need to have and/or know for this position: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields; * Knowledge of databases (SQL), networking, virtualized environments, cybersecurity (proxy, firewall), and cloud services; * Knowledge of Help Desk skills and 1st/2nd level support; * Experience in end-user support and IT service governance / ITIL; It will be an advantage if you have or know: * Availability to work in the Fazenda Rio Grande/PR region; * After two years of employment at Sumitomo, performing weekly night shifts is a responsibility associated with this role, scheduled on a shared rotation basis among team members; **Additional Information** With over 400 years of history, the Sumitomo Group has left its mark and legacy worldwide.
