




**Main Responsibilities** * Providing user support for: * Corporate email * Microsoft 365 / Office Suite * Printers and peripherals * Day-to-day applications * Remote assistance to workstations, guided by the team * Assistance with basic network configurations (IP, DNS, and Gateway) * Creating and resetting users in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory * Logging and updating tickets in the system * Escalating requests to Level 2 whenever necessary * Supporting simple deployments and field activities when requested * Assisting with basic computer assembly and maintenance * **Expected Profile** * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users * Basic organizational skills and attention to instructions received * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Interest in building a career in IT * Ability to work collaboratively and follow processes and instructions * Commitment to deadlines and service quality Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Brazilian driver’s license category B?
