Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with: * Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud); * Experience administering operating systems (Linux and Windows Server); * Prior experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); * Experience in infrastructure projects, incident management, and technical support; * Critical analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex technical problems. Requirements and Qualifications Education: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Mandatory Knowledge: * Administration of operating systems (Linux and Windows Server); * Virtualization with VMware and/or Hyper-V; * Networking and information security; * Public cloud environments (AWS and Azure). Desirable Differentiators: * Certifications such as: * Microsoft Azure Administrator; * AWS Solutions Architect; * CompTIA Network+; * Linux Professional Institute (LPI); * Complementary courses in cloud computing, information security, or infrastructure automation. The person in this role will be responsible for: * Performing medium- and high-complexity activities in managing on-premises and cloud infrastructure environments; * Provisioning servers, configuring networks, monitoring resources, and performing preventive maintenance; * Monitoring performance indicators and proactively acting to ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems; * Resolving technical incidents involving servers, networks, cloud services, and operating systems; * Handling infrastructure and cloud-related requests, such as creation of virtual machines, permission assignments, and network configurations; * Implementing technical changes in hybrid environments, always with proper documentation and alignment with business needs; * Ensuring compliance with information security policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements; * Identifying opportunities for improvement within their assigned environments and proposing technical and operational solutions; * Participating in infrastructure and cloud projects, contributing technically or leading workstreams. 2512130202201558041
