Your Role in Synergy's Success Responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users, maintaining and administering equipment, networks, systems, and printers, and supporting the OT environment. This position ensures continuity of IT operations, SLA compliance, access security, and process standardization. It also involves collaboration with global teams, documentation of procedures, and identification of infrastructure improvements. How You Will Contribute Main Responsibilities User Support (Helpdesk)* Provide on\-site and remote Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. * Log, track, and resolve tickets via Service Desk, ensuring SLA\-compliant response and resolution. * Handle incidents related to hardware, software, network, and access issues. IT Infrastructure* Administer and support workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and maintain Windows and corporate applications. * Contribute to maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, switches, and structured cabling. * Support and administer printers and print solutions. OT (Operational Technology) Environment* Provide support for workstations and equipment used in industrial/OT environments. * Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams to resolve incidents. * Ensure compliance with security policies and IT/OT segregation requirements. Security and Access Management* Manage creation, modification, and removal of user access according to defined policies. * Support application of patches, updates, and antivirus solutions. * Reinforce global information security policies. Standardization and Continuous Improvement* Support standardization of equipment, system images, processes, and procedures. * Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base entries. * Identify and propose infrastructure and user support improvements. Relationship and Communication* Collaborate with local and global IT teams. * Escalate complex incidents when necessary. * Communicate clearly and professionally with users and stakeholders. Internal Interfaces* End users (administrative and industrial) * Global IT * Engineering / Automation * Operations * Technology vendors Requirements and Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Prior experience in Level 1/Level 2 technical support. * Knowledge of networking, Windows, printers, and basic infrastructure. * Desirable: ITIL certification, OT fundamentals, AD/M365, technical certifications.
