We are looking for dedicated and talented professionals to join our team and grow with us. **Requirements/Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in technical support for users and computers; * Maintenance and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals; * Knowledge of local area network (LAN/WAN) administration; * Configuration and maintenance of switches, VLANs, and network infrastructure; * Experience with Fortigate firewalls; * Corporate antivirus administration; * Server knowledge; * Experience with VM virtualization (Proxmox); * Experience with Active Directory; * Knowledge of structured cabling and rack organization; * Experience with UniFi environments; * Availability for flexible working hours and travel. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users and computers; * Perform maintenance and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals; * Administer and provide support for local area networks (LAN/WAN); * Configure and maintain switches, VLANs, and network infrastructure; * Administer and provide support for Fortigate firewalls; * Manage corporate antivirus software; * Administer servers and virtualized environments; * Structure and organize network racks; * Install and organize structured cabling; * Support and manage UniFi environments; * Assist in infrastructure implementations, expansions, and improvements; * Identify and resolve infrastructure incidents; * Document configurations, topologies, and technical procedures. **ON-SITE POSITION | WORKING HOURS:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** Decio Holding – Av.
