Required Profile – Infrastructure Analyst (1st- and 2nd-Level Support) Location: Based in Brasília – DF On-site work with direct user support locally Position Objective: Provide 1st- and 2nd-level infrastructure support, with emphasis on user assistance. Primary Focus: Ensure continuous operation of the IT infrastructure and deliver technical support to users. Technical Proficiency: Operating systems, networks, hardware, servers, information security, and support tools. Responsibilities: Handling support tickets, hardware and software maintenance, network and server administration, and supporting infrastructure improvements. Documentation: Recording and updating procedures, IT assets, and incident history.
