Routine automation and procedure documentation **Description** Provide support to internal users and their workstations, covering both technology and telecommunications; assist in server control for new services, cloud environments, incident resolution, and other departmental routines. **Detailed Job Description** Support capacity planning, quotation, procurement, and deployment of servers for new services; Support administration of Active Directory (AD), WSUS, on-premise virtualization, and core networking; Distribute Office 365 licenses and configurations integrated with the internal network; Support implementation of backup routines; Provide support to internal users and their workstations, covering both technology and telecommunications; Monitor and oversee cloud environments; Respond to user incidents; Develop scripts to automate routines for internal departments; Create operational procedure documentation; Install software and hardware on user workstations; Provide and optimize available technology resources; Analyze the performance of deployed IT infrastructure; Perform operating system testing and interpret logs.
