Description: What do we expect you to bring? * Specific knowledge focused on troubleshooting and problem resolution in hybrid environments (Cloud/Multi-Cloud/On-Premise), including: * Experience with Windows/Linux web servers; * Services such as AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, WDS, WSUS, IIS, Shadow Copy, and NTFS permission configuration; * Performing tasks related to network installation, configuration, and administration; * Proficiency in firewall concepts (SonicWall, FortiGate, pfSense, etc.), including rules, SSL VPN, and IPsec; Preferred qualifications: * Practical skills in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.); * Knowledge of backup tools such as Windows Server Backup, Veeam Backup & Replication, Cobian, and backup testing and restoration procedures; * Management of email servers such as Zimbra, Exchange, Postfix, and others; * Relevant certifications. What will be your mission at Penso? * Represent Penso to clients, conveying security, clarity, objectivity, and transparency; * Full availability while on call; * Respond promptly and accurately to requests, documenting and resolving them according to technical procedures; * Stay up to date by reading operational procedures, attending trainings, earning certifications, and more; * Promote knowledge sharing through interactions with the team; * Collaborate with other analysts to resolve, manage, and track requests; * Identify tasks suitable for automation and develop or propose tools to automate them; * Protect Penso’s and clients’ data against human and technological failures.
