Job Summary: The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure infrastructure needs are met efficiently and critical services remain continuously available. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Prior experience providing technical support to end users. * Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking. * Familiarity with Windows operating systems (client and server). * Understanding of information security and IT best practices. * Familiarity with inventory and remote management tools is desirable. ### **Behavioral Skills:** * Strong communication skills and empathy when supporting users. * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues. * Teamwork and collaboration with other IT departments. Key responsibilities include server administration, network management, implementation of cybersecurity solutions, and end-user technical support. You will also monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates and patches as needed. For this position, we seek a candidate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in managing Linux and Windows servers, networking, and cybersecurity is essential. Knowledge of network monitoring tools and experience with virtualization are advantageous.
