Each talent contributes to an innovative and respectful environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide Level 2 technical support to users * Administer Windows/Linux servers and network services (AD, DNS, DHCP) * Manage Microsoft 365 environment and corporate software * Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and connectivity links * Configure and administer switches, VLANs, Wi\-Fi, and firewalls * Manage backups, restores, and security policies (GPO, antivirus) * Control access, permissions, and security audits * Perform maintenance, updates, and improvements to infrastructure * Support IT projects, technical documentation, and governance best practices **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred:** * Knowledge of Google tools (Workspace) and frameworks * Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, Linux, and wireless networks * Experience in IT infrastructure **Advantageous:** * Postgraduate degree in IT * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, or Information Systems **Additional Information** Fully company-funded health insurance; Dental plan; On-site meal allowance; Basic food basket; Transportation voucher; Life insurance; Education assistance: available after 1 year of employment; SESC and SESI partnerships; Total Pass partnership; Emotional Health Program; Workplace gymnastics.
