**Job Description** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Field Services Analyst** to provide on-site and remote technical support to users, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of IT equipment and systems. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Jandira **Responsibilities and duties** * The professional will be responsible for field service calls, resolving incidents, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supporting infrastructure projects and implementations. * Provide technical support to users, solving issues related to systems and equipment; * Install operating systems and software; * Customize equipment configuration according to individual user requirements; * Perform testing, checklist completion, and acceptance; * Support equipment such as desktops, mobile phones, notebooks, and printers; * Triage service tickets and prioritize demands based on urgency and impact. * Document technical processes and procedures, ensuring the knowledge base is up to date. * Identify opportunities for improvement in systems and processes used. * Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve more complex technical issues. * Conduct training sessions and guide users on the proper use of systems. * Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
