We are seeking a professional to provide technical support for our offices and units, ensuring a smooth, secure, and efficient experience for all users. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level support to users, both on-site and remotely, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and corporate tools. Perform installation and configuration of workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Handle, log, and track service requests via the service desk tool, ensuring compliance with SLA deadlines. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and basic IT infrastructure across offices and units. Document technical procedures and solutions applied, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. Support the technological onboarding of new employees (equipment preparation, access setup, and basic training). Suggest continuous improvements to support processes, contributing to the evolution of the area. Requirements: Previous experience in technical support (on-site and remote). Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, networking, equipment maintenance, and service desk tools. Ability to interact with users empathetically, clearly, and in an organized manner. Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented profile.
